In the event that payment under this Agreement is actually made in a currency that is different from the currency stated with respect to any payment requirement in this agreement and such payment is accepted by SIA Cargo as being valid payment in full or partial satisfaction of such payment requirement .as the case may be ,the currency exchange rate that shall be applied for the purposes of determining such satisfaction shall be the banker’s selling rate of the currency stated in this Agreement at the time such payment requirement is due to be satisfied under this Agreement.The applicable banker’s selling rate shall be the selling rate of bank that SIA Cargo shall , in its sole and absolute discretion,deem ift from time to time.

| Re. 发表于2011/4/29 12:29:00 如果本协议项下的付款实际采用了一种与本协议付款要求不符的货币，而该货币又为新加坡航空货运公司所接受，将其视作完全或者部分有效付款，在此情况下，为了符合协议的付款要求，货币汇率应该在根据协议此项付款要求必须满足时，按本协议所述的银行售价计算。新航货运公司有其独立的自由裁量权，来随时判断有关银行的售价是否合适。 (译注：ift 疑是笔误，应为fit)
