In building a perfect modern enterprise system and promoting a good cycle of the enterprise production and operation, the financial management should be centered on, where the fund management is the key point. The management function of enterprise accounting should be brought into full play and the theory, method and technology of modern management accounting be exercised to realize inside the enterprise the full use of the management function of accounting which includes prediction, decision-making, calculation, control, analysis and check so as to effectively utilize the various kinds of funds and improve the enterprise economic benefit. Modern enterprise accounting system requires the building of a sound accounting information management system, which is also a consequent requirement by the development of socialist market economy. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out a series of accounting reforms for perfecting the enterprise system. The reform of enterprise system can’t be done without that of accounting system and the latter is an essential support for the former, between which there is interactive and inseparable relationship.
