郧县青曲镇洪门铺村情况简介

青曲镇洪门铺村位于郧县青曲镇东部，是郧县新农村建设示范村。301省道穿境而过，清水河纵贯全村。全村4个村民小组、311户、1202人，2011年全村农民人均纯收入4200元。

近年来，在县委、县政府的正确领导下,洪门铺村抢抓扶贫开发整村推进历史机遇，以新农村试点村建设为契机，按照“生态示范、旅游观光、文化民俗”的发展定位，以“保护生态环境、发展生态经济、建设生态村庄”为主线，突出村庄建设、基础设施建设、产业建设和基层组织建设四大工作重点。按照政府主导、村民主体、集体分担等多种办法，调动农民参与新农村建设的积极性。

  为了发展生态经济，建设生态村庄，洪门铺村坚持规划先行，稳步推进，实施山、水、林、田、路、房屋、庭院等综合治理，借助土地整理、南水北调蔬菜基地复建、扶贫重点村建设、石漠化治理和小流域治理，先后发展蔬菜种植400亩、其中大棚蔬菜250亩；实施坡改果梯，发展柑橘、桃子等林果业800亩，现已实现户均一亩菜、两亩园的发展目标。全村新修、硬化通村组公路3条、5.8公里；新修机耕路8条、4200米；硬化农户入户路5000米;新修供排水渠道7000米；完成河道治理1200米;拓宽通村主干道600米。洪门铺村现已呈现出“山上松杉戴帽，山间果树缠腰，山下瓜菜飘香，田间溪流欢笑”的生态美景。

   同时，近两年来，洪门铺村整合危房改造、生态移民、扶贫搬迁、环境保护、生态能源等政策，调动农民投入积极性，全村新建住房116户、改造旧房80户、新建“四位一体”沼气80口，栽植房前屋后和路边绿化树1200株，新建公共厕所和垃圾池3处,铺设生活排水管道1000米,村容村貌焕然一新，农民生产生活条件得到彻底改善。在这些建设中，全村投入资金达1930万元，其中群众自筹近900万元。

2011年，洪门铺村先后被市县党委、政府授予“服务基层服务农民先进单位”、“市级文明村”、“特色产业示范村”、“新农村建设示范村”等荣誉称号。

A Profile of Hongmenpu Village

Hongmenpu Village, located in the east of Qingqu Town, Yunxian County, is a demonstration village for the Construction of new-rural community in Yunxian County. This area is easily accessible via 301 provincial highway which passes directly through the village. A river with pure and clean water flows southwards through the whole area. This village is subdivided into four Villagers’ Groups with 311 households and with a population of 1,202. In 2011, per capital net income of the rural residents here is 4,200 yuan RMB.

In recent years, under the leadership of Yunxian County Party Committee and Yunxian County Government, the opportunity of development-based poverty alleviation and of the construction of new-rural pilot community is seized, and the development is oriented to ecological demonstration, touring sightseeing, and folk culture, with the protection of ecological environment, the development of ecological economy and the construction of ecological village as the central theme. These efforts are made to highlight such focal points of work as the construction of rural community, infrastructure, industry and grassroots organization. Through government-guiding, villager-oriented and collective sharing policy, the initiative and enthusiasm of the farmers are taken over the construction of new-rural community.

In order to develop ecological economy and construct ecological village, Hongmenpu Village is making the leading planning and steady progress to make the comprehensive improvement of mountains, water, forest, fields, roads, houses and other buildings. The land consolidation, the rebuilding of South-to-North Water Diversion vegetable bases, the construction of poverty-relief key village, and the improvement of stony desertification and streams contribute a lot to the successive development of 400 mu vegetable plots, including 250 mu greenhouse vegetable plot. The reconstruction of sloping lands for fruit lands results in the realization of 800 mu horticultural land for oranges, peaches, etc. Now this village has reached the goal of one mu vegetable plot and two mu fruit land per household. The whole village holds 3 newly-built and newly-hardened roads, with the total length of 5.8 kilometers, 8 newly-built tilling roads, with the total length of 4.2 kilometers, and 5 kilometers newly-hardened home-going road. 7 kilometers newly-constructed water-supply and drainage watercourse has been completed. 1.2 kilometers river has been regulated, and 600-meter main road has been widened. All the above-mentioned achievements bring about a charming ecological landscape: on the top of the mountains are standing the ever-green pine and fir trees; in its middle zones are growing fruit trees; at the foot are sweet healthy melons and vegetables; across the valley fields are flowing gurgling streams.

In recent two years, with the integration of the polices for the renovation of deteriorated buildings, ecological migration, poverty-relief resettlement of residents, ecological protection, and ecological energy, the enthusiasm of the mass is aroused over the investment in house building. Thus 116 houses are newly built, and 80 dilapidated houses are renovated. There are 80 newly-built “four-in-one” biogas-generating pits. Around the houses and along the roads are planted 1,200 trees for green environment. There are three newly-completed public toilets and waste-disposal places. The village has been supplied 1,000 meters water-supply pipe. Thanks to all the infrastructure construction and renovation, the whole village takes on a completely new look and the living condition of all the villagers has been improved a lot.  All the invested money in the construction reaches up to 19.30 million yuan RMB, including the villages’ self-financing amount of 9 million yuan RMB.

In 2011, Hongmenpu Village has been successively awarded by Shiyan Municipal Government, Yunxian County Government, Shiyan Municipal Party Committee, and Yunxian County Party Committee such honorable titles as “Grassroots Serving Advanced Unit”, “Municipal Level Civilized Village”, “Specialty Industry Demonstration Village”, and “New-rural Community Construction Demonstration Village”, etc.
