在执行本合同过程中发生的或与本合同有关的一切争议，双方均应当通过友好协商解决；如果协商不能解决，任何一方可提请由中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会按照申请仲裁时该会现行有效的仲裁规则进行仲裁。

未尽事宜，由甲乙双方另行签订补充协议予以约定。本合同的附件以及在本合同履行过程中签订的补充协议，系本合同不可分割的组成部分。补充协议与本合同约定内容不同的，以补充协议为准.

In the event any dispute arises in the process of the implementation of the Measures or in the connection with this contract，all disputes shall be settled through friendly consultations by both parties. If consensus cannot be reached, then any party can submit the disputes to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission and seek dispute resolution in accordance with its current valid arbitration rules at the time of applying for arbitration.

All pending issues shall be regulated by the supplemental agreements which need to be otherwise signed by both parties. The annexes and the supplementary agreements which will be signed in the process of the implementation of this contract are the integral part of this contract. If there are any difference between the supplementary agreement and this contract, the supplementary agreement is valid.
