< Loca, our Party secretary,didn't have time this evening. So I led the Party members to do the voluntary work in the library. But as I was not qualified enough and didn't have similar experiences, I failed to guide them well. We cleaned the book shelves, but we were not clear which part should we focus on. I didn't ask the library manager clearly about our job. Therefore, we cleaned the shelve in an irregular way, like a blind fly flying without a certain direction.
Anyway, everything could be improved through hard-working, right? I would go on, though being a fantastic leader is not my final dream, though I'm not qualified at this moment, though everything is uncertain in the future. I would keep on, so that I won't regret in a day.
