心理养生的话题中，近来多见关于人之品性与健康和寿命的关系，这更是一个使人颇感兴趣值得认真剖析的"科目"。古人云"仁者寿"，今人概括为"恶看隐伤寿自损，善者无私天地宽"等等。下半句大意是说，仁爱者与人良善相待，遇事少欲不争，克己而忍。如此一切都看得开，一切都合乎自然规律，故心舒体泰。凡事至真而无伪，则少费心机；凡事一无遮拦，则如水随时宣泄；凡事从不积郁，则保持清爽不腐。如此必然身心健朗，多福寿长。合于"君子坦荡荡，小人常戚戚"之古训。上半句大意是行恶者则施展阴谋伎俩，费尽心机，等于是逆规律行事，大量消耗生命能量，必然造成内伤，严重影响人的正常寿命。其实，人的健康与寿命是一个极其复杂带有综合因素的大问题，不能作简单、片面的划分，更不是由单一的因素所决定。由此可见，"仁者寿"也好，"诚则健"也好；抑或是"谎则损"也罢，"恶不寿"也罢，都有其劝善的积极意义，甚至还有一定的科学依据，但如不将其置于一定的前提下、一定的环境中孤立地讲，弄不好还会发生误导，使人将养生与道德概念混为一谈。将"仁爱"与必要的斗争对立起来，如此反而削减了养生的意义。
[译文]“The benevolent live long” and “the evil live short”
Among the topics concerning mental regimen, the relationship between one’s morality and his health and life span is much discussed in recent years. That is a rather interesting and worthy subject for analysis. As the ancient saying goes, “The benevolent live long”. The modern version for this saying is “An evil person will see his life shortened, while a selfless and benevolent person will enjoy a wider world”. In other words, the benevolent people get on well with others, desire little and contend themselves with the idea of self-restraint and endurance. Therefore, they are always open-minded and follow the natural way, which make them pleased and healthy. They are forever true to themselves and seek no fraud, so they do not need to exercise their mind on any trick. They have nothing to hide from others, so they are free to express themselves. They never hold on to their sadness, so they manage to stay fresh and clean and never get rancid. When all the above factors are achieved, health and longevity are the sure outcomes. That agrees well with another ancient saying: “The superior man is satisfied and composed; the mean man is always full of distress”. When we say “the evil live short”, we are referring to the fact that the evil ones always exert themselves in plotting some evil tricks, which are against natural and social laws and waste a lot of their life energy, inevitably leading to their internal injuries and seriously affect their normal life spans. In fact, a person’s health and life span are a complex subject connected with comprehensive factors, which are impossible to sort simply and unilaterally, to say nothing of being determined by a certain single element. Therefore, whether “the benevolent live long” or “the honest live healthily”, “the liars live short” or “the evil promise no longevity”, all these ideas are in some way educating people to be good, and they even have some scientific basis. However, when isolated from specific premises and situations, these ideas can even mislead people into confusing the regimen with moral concepts. When the benevolence is set against the necessary struggle with bad things, the significance of regimen will be weakened.

政治大學社會科學學院（以下簡稱「政大社科院」）,為配合政大追求頂尖,成為台灣的哈佛大學,特訂定「甘迺迪計畫」.甘迺迪計畫名稱之由來,源於哈佛大學甘迺迪學院（John Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University）.
哈佛為世界第一流的頂尖大學,其甘迺迪政府學院亦為研究公共行政與公共事務之學術重鎮.甘迺迪學院所提供的課程分成學位班與學分班.學位班對學士,碩士及博士,均有完整的課程設計.同時,也提供許多跨領域,譬如和文理學院（Graduate School of Arts And Science）的經濟系就有跨領域的課程設計及學位的授與.
但是,甘迺迪學院的另一大特色是學分班的課程設置.這些學分班以密集的上課方式在推動,所以也被稱為是密集班（intensive program）.整個密集的學分班上課時間少的有2到3天的班;較長時間的,也有2星期或3星期的學分班.
甘迺迪學院所提供的密集學分班,給予一個總的名稱,就叫做「行政教育班」（the Executive Education Programs）.行政教育班的宗旨,以培養卓越領導（leadership）的人才,並訓練這些卓越人才具有現代國家發展與治理的優質知識和技術等目的為主.

I. Causes of the project
College of Social Science (CSS) at National Chengchi University (NCCU), has set up Kennedy Program for the purposes of promoting NCCU to be one of the Top universities and a Harvard University in Taiwan. Kennedy Program originates from John Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
Harvard University is the first-class top university in the world, of which Kennedy School of Government is the academic key site for the study of public administration and public affairs. Kennedy School provides courses for academic degrees and academic credits. The courses for academic degrees are integratedly designed for students for bachelors, masters and PH. Ds. Many interdisciplinaries are also supplied, just as the department of economics in Graduate School of Arts And Science with cross-cutting curricular and degree-granting.
However, another key feature of Kennedy School is the curricular for academic credits. The curricular for credits classes is intensively scheduled, which is named as intensive program. The time ranges of the intensive programs are varied, from the shortest 2 to 3 days, to the longest possibly 2 to 3 weeks.
All the intensive programs provided by Kennedy School are named as the Executive Education Programs. The objective of the Executive Education Programs is to train the students to be equipped with eminent leadership and excellent knowledge and technology in the development and management of modern countries.
The Executive Education Programs in Kennedy School have attracted a large number of foreign executives, scholars and experts to get trained there, while a lot of American domestic executives, managers of enterprises and institutes also are registered to participate in the training programs.

On accepting your entrustment, we audited the attached Balance Sheet of December 31, 2003 and the Profit Sheet of 2003 and Cash Flow Sheet of your company. It was your duty to work out and provide these accounting statements and ours was to air our opinions on the Accounting Statements based on the practice of audit work.
We carried out the audit work according to the Independent Auditing Criteria for Certified Public Accountants in China. We took stop-check on the Accounting Statements and reviewed the accounting evidence; we also studied the accounting policies used for the auditing administrative authority to work out the Accounting Statements at the given time, the important accounting evaluation and overall Evaluation given by them so as to determine whether there were any serious errors involved in these Accounting Statements. We believe our reasonable opinions were strongly supported the auditing work.
