spur of the moment |
< 先看看它的定义:done or occurring on impulse: happening, made, or done in haste, without reflection or preparation。 I didn't know I'd be in Canada for Christmas. It was a spur-of-the-moment decision. He never pays attention to what he wears, but he bought a Ralph Lauren shirt the other day.I guess it was a spur-of-the-moment choice. I went to Canada for Christmas on the spur of the moment. He bought a Ralph Lauren shirt on the spur of the moment.
所有的媒体一律称她这次结婚为“a spur-of-the-moment decision”和“a joke that went too far”。同时,annulment毫无意外地成了OneLook.com一月五号的word of the day。
