I work in a US company, for my poor English, I join in CANILX. Before my activity, I inquired my colleagues learned in CANILX, all of them said that it's useful while you were learning, but you would get back to the start if you wouldn't use English in usual after your learning.

To tell the truth, I'm self-distrust to my learning. I feel so-so to my English study in school, I have worked over 3 years almost without English speaking, just reading English email. Because of my job now, I have to improve my speaking English.

My level is beginner. I have learned in CANILX for 4 months, including 1month absent. I feel it's easier to understand when I talk with the foreign teacher face to face than listen to the mp3, I think I have improved. But when my boss' boss came to China, and talked with us, I just caught some words!!
