Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or Master in technical fields of Telecommunication,Software,or related area
• 3+ years working experience in technical fields or similar field, with 2 years experience as a technical writer
• Excellent English and Chinese skills both in writing and speaking
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive and a drive for excellence
• Able to structure information in an unstructured surrounding
• Experienced with design software and XML\SGML Editing
