9.在翻译过程中，如何进行反译?
反译即通常所说的反面着笔译法，是指突破原文形式的束缚，变换语气，把原文中肯定的表达形式译成否定形式，把原文中否定的表
达形式译成肯定形式。
（1）否定译成肯定
经典例题: It’s not easy to talk about Dolly in a world that doesn’t share a uniform set of ethical values.
参考译文: 世界各地的伦理观念不同，因此就多利羊展开讨论很难达成一致意见。
经典例题: Ice is not as dense as water and it therefore floats.
参考译文 冰的密度比水小，因此能浮在水面上。
（2）肯定译成否定
经典例题: Bicycles offer the perfect eco_friendly method of traveling around the vast and beautiful and flat countryside
that surrounds Cambridge.
参考译文: 骑自行车在剑桥大学周围的宽广、美丽而又平坦的乡村旅行，是不会对环境造成危害的理想旅游方式。
经典例题: We should stop treating the sea as a dump for human and industrial effluent（污水）.
参考译文: 我们不应当再把海洋当成人类生活污水和工业污水的垃圾场了。 |
