【Work Experience】

I was employed as an English Interpreter/translator in Engineer Dept. My job was to translate all the production specification for Engineers to work with, help the Engineer directly work with the foreign customer who come to our factory, handle all the email correspondence between factory and customers, show the customer around the factory and production line.

One year later, I was promoted to a newly established Dept – Costing Division of Market Dept by the boss in particular for negotiating directly with the customer on price. For fulfill this job, I need to work closely with the Engineer Dept on the pricing and have it issued to the customer in detailed sheet with reasonable and convincible explanations to customer, give quick response to any questions from the customer and get the price satisfied for both factory and customer. ； Besides, I was also responsible for claiming compensation for any extra cost that might caused from customer end.

I had been working with Buchase (HK) Ltd for 6 years as an assistant manager in Foreign Trade Dept.

I was firstly employed as a coordinator at the beginning and promoted to be an assistant manager one year later.  ；My main job was a three steps one,

1. First Setp – Sample correctly made

Lead our developing team work directly with all the foreign customers on the new projects, getting the samples correctly made and dispatched to customer on Schedule.

2. Second Step – Smooth transition to production.

When achieved purchasing order, we will make everything clear for production line to put into production, such as the detail package information (Label, Sticker, Shipping Mark) and signed samples for quality standard reference. In addition, for good transition from sample to mass production, I always hold a meeting with both developed team and production line people in present, the purpose is to have developed team share their sampling experience with production line people and make sure the production line well understand the key thing that the customer really cares.

3. Quality control and Shipment on Schedule

During production, the QC under my Team will do frequently check in the production line for maintaining the quality and keep the shipment on schedule.

The manager from HK locates in Shanghai office. ； As an assistant manager, I was the one to lead our team work forefront with suppliers in Chaozhou, Zhongshan and move things forward smoothly. To keep both our top management and the customer end updated with the situation of both projects under development and ongoing order, we had a weekly Conference Call with our top management and the customer.  ；In addition to the above, I need to keep close eye on the situation of the existing suppliers and foresee any possible issue, which will negatively impact our delivery date and make timely adjustment and even find new supplier for backup if necessary,
