水泥混凝土路面与沥青混凝土路面是公路路面的两种主流形式。2006年5月18日交通部发布的《2005年公路水运交通行业发展统计公报》表明,截止2005年底,全国有铺装路面532,697公里,其中水泥混凝土路面306,622公里,占57.56%。我国水泥混凝土路面的目前路龄较长,在长期以来超限运输的破坏性作用下,大量的水泥混凝土路面需要进行维修。由于国民经济的迅猛发展和交通量的急剧增加,许多水泥混凝土路面的损伤破坏日益恶化并亟待维修重建。随着社会对环保要求的提高,混凝土路面的再生利用已经成为国内外路面工程研究的重要内容之一。因此,开展旧水泥混凝土路面维修结构与材料设计的研究具有重要的社会经济意义和广泛的应用前景。 根据旧水泥混凝土路面的破坏程度,目前,国内外常用的旧水泥混凝土路面改造措施主要有:①加铺新水泥混凝土面层;②加铺沥青混凝土面层;③旧水泥混凝土路面翻修。本文详细地介绍了水泥混凝土路面损坏状况调查和评价方法,以取得确定维修对策和加铺层设计的第一手资料;利用三维有限元计算程序ANSYS对水泥混凝土路面面层底面的最大拉应力进行了仿真计算,对路面结构设计采用限元程序计算方法进行了一些探讨;分析了旧混凝土路面上加铺沥青层产生反射裂缝的机理、防治措施;利用成都市道路改造产生的废弃混凝土破碎成再生粗集料,分析了再生粗集料的物理、力学性能,此外还配制了再生混凝土,对再生混凝土的性能的进一步试验研究表明,其具有一系列的高性能:施工和易性好、早期强度高、高抗压强度、高抗折强度、良好的耐久性。这表明,旧水泥混凝土路面的材料再生具有广阔的发展空间。
Abstract:
The cement concrete pavement and the asphalt pavement are two main types of highway pavements in our country. By the end of 2005, there are 532,697-kilometer highways with paved surface, of which 57.56% or 306,622-kilometer roadways are Portland cement concrete pavements. It should be pointed out that a number of the country’s Portland cement concrete pavements have been used for a long time and distressed by the overloaded transportation as a result of intensively competitive transportation markets. All those cement concrete pavements are in urgent condition waiting for maintenance and/or rehabilitation. As requested by the community to enhance environmental protection, the recycling of old concrete pavements has become one of the important contents. For deeply research on the pavement structrure and the recycling material, it would promote the advancement of maintaining theory of the concrete pavements. From the widespread application prospect, it will significantly benefit the economy of the society.Acorrding to the damage degree of old cement concrete pavement, at present, there are three rehabilitation measures commonly used. First, put up new cement concrete surface;Second, put up asphalt concrete overlay;Third, rebuild cement concrete pavement.The detailed presentation of a cement concrete road surface damage survey and assessment methods to determine the maintenance approach increases access to the shop floor design first-hand information;The present paper selects the three-dimensional calculational program ANSYS calculate the max stretch stress at the bottom of the slab, It’s helpful to use the finite element method to design the cement concrete pavement;The present paper analysis the theory producing a reflection cracks of the old concrete surface layer of asphalt, the prevention and control measures;The present paper use the wasted cement concrete in Chengdu to produce RCA(Recycled Concrete Aggregate), analysis the physical and mechanical feature of RCA, then make the RAC. By analyzing each component of the RAC through many experiments, the results of the test is satisfied. The RAC made by RCA reaches our predicted objective and has a series of high performance: easy mix, high early strength, high compressive strength, high bending strength, good ageing resistance etc. This shows that the old cement concrete pavement renewable materials have broad prospects for development.
