驾驶台通知船舶抵、离港口,进入窄浅航道或雾航时,当值轮机员应提前准备主机处于随时可机动用车的状态,并随时准备将主机操纵系统转至应急操纵,以满足主机变速操作的需要。并确认机舱已准备提供充足的电能,必要时应多开一台发电机组,以备随时执行驾驶台的指令。 The bridge shall notify the harbor of departure and arrival. The engineer shall stand by the M/E in advance for maneuvering operation at any time when the ship is navigating in narrow or shallow channel. He shall prepare to change the M/E maneuvering system over the emergency maneuvering at any time to meet the requirement of M/E shift. He shall confirm enough power energy to stand by. Parallel diesel generator sets to perform the instruction from the bridge if necessary.
主、副机系统或其它机电设备发生故障,需慢车或停车检修时,值班轮机员应事先报告轮机长,并 取得驾驶台的同意后实施。在密航区和狭窄水道发生同类情况时,轮机长在停车前必须得到船长的 许可。 The engineer on duty shall report to C/E in advance and approved by the bridge, the engine may be slowdown or shutdown for maintenance and inspection when the M/E system, D/G system or other machinery and electrical equipment fail to run. After approved by the captain, the C/E may shut down the M/E when similar situations occur in the crowded navigation region and narrow channel. 恶劣天气航行时,经驾驶台同意后可适当降低主机转速,减少空车造成主机或轴系的损伤。注意加 强对主、副机系统、压载水系统、燃润油系统的检查,各在用的燃、润油柜应保持较高的油位。 During navigation under poor climate, the M/E may properly be slow down approved by the bridge to decrease the damage to M/E or shafting due to empty propelling. Pay attention to examine M/E system, D/G system, ballast water system, F/O system, and L/O system. All F/O and L/O service tank shall be kept higher level. 船舶抵达港口前,应提前启动油水分离器尽可能排空机炉舱内的污水。 Before arrival, shall start oil water separator in advance to drain the bilge in E/R and boiler room as soon as possible.
