[中文]摘要:我国正处于从“民航大国”向民航强国的伟大转变过程中。根据相关数据预测,未来中国至少需要新增加40000多名空乘务人员岗位,民航空乘服务人员队伍将超过25万,规模将是目前的5倍。随着民航事业的飞速发展,为做好民航各方面的准备,从事地面服务的机场也在不断新建、扩建。从国际国内现有薪资水平看,国内主流航空公司优秀空乘人员平均年薪在10万人民币以上,同时因其专业性和供应不足,其职业稳定性得到保证。随着时代的进步,航空运输业得到了迅猛发展,乘坐飞机出行也日益受到人们的青睐,因而对其从业者的要求也越来越高。因此,在良好的就业前景下同样存在着择优与竞争的压力。的确,从发展的角度来看,新兴热门事业的发展历程必然是伴随着机遇与挑战的。因此,本文根据空乘专业的就业发展对此专业未来就业的机遇与就业过程中潜在的挑战做如下分析。[/中文]
[外文]Abstract:China is in a great transformational process, which changes from large aviation industry to power one. According to the relevant data to predict, in the future, China would need the newly increased positions of flight attendants which are over 4000 at least. Meanwhile, the service team of flight attendants would increase more than 250 thousand, and it could rise to 5 times the current scale. With the rapid development of civil aviation industry, the airports which serve on the ground is constantly building and enlarging as well so that it can do well for the matched work of introducing airliners. Viewed from the present level of salary at home and abroad, the average annual salaries of excellent flight attendants in mainstream domestic airline companies are above 100 thousand RMB. At the same time, due to specialty and short supply, the stability of their occupation can be guaranteed. As age advances, the occupational requirements become increasingly high, because the air transport industry develops rapidly, and traveling by air is very well accepted increasingly. Therefore, the pressure of choosing and competing also exists in such a favorable employment prospect. Indeed, in terms of development, the evolutionary course of emerging industry is companied necessarily opportunities and challenges. Thus, according to the career development of flight attendants profession, focusing on the opportunities in the future and the potential challenges in the career, the following analysis for flight attendants profession is operated in this paper.[/外文]
