电力系统时域仿真分析是电力系统动态及暂态稳定性分析(以下简称动暂特性分析)的最主要工具,但迄今其大多针对的是确定性、唯一的工况分析系统的动暂特性。随着可再生能源的大量并网及电网结构的复杂化,电力系统动暂特性受到越来越多不确定因素(或事件)的影响,如:风电场风速不确定性、负荷需求不确定性、故障发生的不确定性等,这些不确定性因素或事件对于系统运行的安全性及稳定性带来了严重的潜在威胁。因此,如何计及这些不确定因素及事件进行电力系统快速准确的时域仿真,以分析系统的动暂特性(包括暂态稳定性,频率偏移等),对于促进及提高系统运行的安全性及稳定性具有重要意义。
本文提出了基于改进稀疏概率分配法的时域仿真新方法。本文首先提出了改进稀疏概率分配法,在保持同样计算精度的前提下,实现了样本数量的大幅度减少了;进而将该方法应用于计及参数不确定性的电力系统时域仿真,提出了计及参数不确定性的电力系统时域仿真新方法,该方法可以综合考虑风电场风速、负荷功率、故障发生位置等不确定参数的综合影响,快速估计出仿真结果的不确定函数、期望及方差。本文的工作提高了电力系统不确定性仿真分析的计算速度,从而促进其发展。稀疏概率分配法中稀疏网格法阶次选取问题及计算精度与其关系是下一步研究内容。[/中文]
[外文]Time-domain simulation analysis of power system is the main tool of power system dynamic and transient stability analysis (hereinafter referred to as dynamic and transient analysis), however up to now, mostly aiming at the dynamic and transient characteristics of a confirmed and unique operating condition analysis system. With large number of renewable energy connected to the grid and complexity of power grid structure, the dynamic and transient characteristics of the power system are affected by more and more uncertain factors (or events), such as the uncertainty of wind speed in wind farms, load demand and failure, etc. These uncertain factors or events imposes a severe potential threat on the security and stability of system operation. Therefore, it is significant to take these uncertainties and events into consideration to carry out a rapid and accurate time-domain simulation of the power system to analyze the dynamic and transient characteristics of the system (including transient stability, frequency offset, etc.), to promote and improve the safety and stability of system operation.
In this paper, a new method of time-domain simulation based on improved sparse probabilistic collocation method is proposed. First, the improved sparse probabilistic collocation method is proposed, and the number of samples is reduced greatly under the premise of keeping the same calculation precision. Then, the method is applied to the time-domain simulation of power system considering the uncertainty parameter and new method of time-domain simulation of power system considering the uncertainty parameter is proposed. The method takes the wind speed in wind power system, the load power, the fault location and other uncertainty parameters into account, and quickly estimates the uncertainty function, expectation and variance of the simulation results. This paper improves the calculation speed of simulation analysis of power system uncertainty, thus promoting its development. The problem of order selection in the sparse grid method and the calculation accuracy in sparse probabilistic collocation method are the next re-search contents.[/外文]
