白毫银针,中国十大名茶之一。产于福建省福鼎县太姥山麓,是仅有的白茶品种中之极品,同君山银针齐名于世,历代为皇家贡品。成品茶白如云、绿如梦、洁如雪、香如兰,如棱如针,汤色清澈晶亮,呈浅杏黄色,入口毫香显露,甘醇清鲜。其性寒,有解毒、退热、降火之功效,尤其是陈年的白毫银针可用作患麻疹的幼儿的退烧药,其退烧效果比抗生素更好。
Bei Hoi Silver Needle Tea is one of the ten most famous teas in China. Silver tip white tea is produced at Fuding and Zhenghe areas in Fujian province.It is a top grade white tea. “Exquisite” is the best word to describe this Silver Needle Tea. The tiny, “silvery” buds are hand picked just before opening, then only steamed and withered. This process has remained almost unchanged since the Tang Dynasty (600-649). The buds have a silky texture from the fine white “down” that covers them. When the tender buds are infused the liquor is a light, clear green colour and the fragrance has a mild “grassy” note. It has the freshest of flavours, slightly savoury, with a sweet under note that lingers at the sides of the tongue. The buds can be infused multiply times, releasing slightly different notes each time. Medically white tea is refreshing and is good for the stomach. It can also be used to dispel the heat. Particularly the aged old Bei HoiSilver Needle, can be used for antipyretics in children with measles. Its antipyretic effect is much better than antibiotics.

君山银针,中国十大名茶之一。属黄茶类,以色、香、味、形俱佳而著称。相传文成公主出嫁西藏时就曾选带此茶。乾隆皇帝下江南时品尝到君山银针,十分赞许,将其列为贡茶。银针茶在茶树刚冒出一个芽头时采摘,经十几道工序制成。其成品茶芽头茁壮,长短大小均匀,内呈橙黄色,外裹一层白毫,故得雅号"金镶玉" ,又因茶芽外形很像一根根银针,故名君山银针。冲泡后,开始茶叶全部冲向上面,继而徐徐下沉,棵棵茶芽立悬于杯中,极为美观,入口则清香沁人,齿颊留芳。

1.武夷山大红袍,中国十大名茶之一。武夷岩茶中品质最优异者。“大红袍”名枞茶树,生长在武夷山九龙窠高岩峭壁上,这里日照短,多反射光,昼夜温差大,岩顶终年有细泉浸润流滴。这种特殊的自然环境,造就了大红袍的特异品质,大红袍茶树现有6株,都是灌木茶丛,叶质较厚,芽头微微泛红,阳光照射茶树和岩石时,岩光反射,红灿灿十分显目。“大红袍”茶树现采取无性繁殖的技术已获成功,经繁育种植,已能批量生产。其品质特征是外形条索紧结,色泽绿褐鲜润,冲泡后汤色橙黄明亮,叶片红绿相间,典型的叶片有绿叶红镶边之美感。大红袍品质最突出之处是香气馥郁有兰花香,香高而持久,“岩韵”明显。大红袍很耐冲泡,冲泡七、八次仍有香味。品饮"大红袍"茶,必须按"工夫茶"小壶小杯细品慢饮的程式,才能真正品尝到岩茶之颠的韵味。。。。。。

Da Hong Pao is a myth of Chinese tea, since so many mythic stories about it but so rare it is--it′s said only several liangs available each year. The "TRUE" Da Hong Pao is nearly impossible to gain. The original Dahongpao is made from the tea plants which grown in a cliff in wuyi mountain. The location of that cliff is named "Nine Drgaon Cave" . Throughout the year, the transudatory fountain from crevices between rocks nourish the four "Dahongpao" tea plants which survive after one thousand years. Dahongpao plants is the natural peerless production. Each liang of "TURE" Dahongpao is sold at thousands US dollars. The tightly twisted leaves of Dahongpao are greenish brown in color. The orange tea liquid come with strong floral fragrance. Even after nine infusions, the floral fragrance like sweet-scented osmanthus still remain. After tasting, the fragrance will last in your mouth for long time. The Dahongpao tea available in tea market is made from tea plants which cloned from the original "Dahongpao" plants in cliff.

安溪铁观音,中国十大名茶之一。乌龙茶的极品。其品质特征是: 茶条卷曲,肥壮圆结,沉重匀整,色泽砂绿,整体形状似蜻蜓头、螺旋体、青蛙腿。冲泡后汤色金黄浓艳似琥珀,有天然馥郁的兰花香,滋味醇厚甘鲜,回甘悠久,俗称有“音韵”。铁观音茶香高而持久,可谓“七泡有余香”。外形:条索肥壮、圆整呈蜻蜓头、沉重,枝心硬,色泽乌黑油润,砂绿明显。内质:香气浓郁持久,音韵明显,带有兰花香或生花生仁味、椰香等各种清香味;茶汤金黄、橙黄,滋味醇厚甘鲜,稍带蜜味,鲜爽回甘。叶底:枝身圆,梗皮红亮,叶柄宽肥厚(棕叶蒂),叶片肥厚软亮,叶面呈波状,称“绸缎面”。
