Sourth Korean newspapers reported that 10,00 Chinese troops were digging in along the north Korean border,possibly to repel a wave of refugees expected to flee the North should there be political upheaval.
句子的意思很简单，韩国报纸报道中国军方在中朝边界加强了军事，以防大批北韩难民的涌入！
但是句子中的should there be political upheaval是什么结构！
